Join the Connecticut Alliance of Foster & Adoptive Families (CAFAF) and Stamford Police Activities League (PAL) for a spooktacular afternoon of family fun!

Bring the whole family for a Halloween celebration filled with games, activities, and festive fun. Kids are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes as we celebrate the season together in a safe and welcoming environment.
