Zen & Relax: Creative Art Morning for Teens is a relaxing, hands-on art experience designed especially for foster, adoptive, and kinship youth ages 14 and up. This fun and creative morning gives teens the opportunity to unwind, express themselves, and explore art in a supportive environment.
Participants will enjoy guided Zentangle (mindful doodling) and watercolor painting sessions, led step-by-step by talented instructors from the Wethersfield Art League. No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to relax and create.
This is not a Talking Teens event, but simply a chance for teens to enjoy creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression.
